Mearns Electrical Ltd is a family-run electrical contracting business based in Newton Mearns, proudly serving the local community as well as Glasgow and the West of Scotland since 2003.

 

Built on over 37 years of industry experience, the company is led by master electrician Steven Forrest and a skilled family team, delivering dependable, high-quality workmanship across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Steven has worked extensively throughout the UK and internationally, building a wealth of experience across major projects and highly regulated environments. Over the course of his career, he has worked with leading organisations including TClarke, EIWHS, BP Oil, British Airways, British Aerospace, Scottish Power, SAC, and OVO Energy. His knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional standards have also helped train numerous apprentices who have gone on to work successfully around the world.
